My Story
For over 30 years, I've been dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential. My career began in education, teaching Chinese as a second language, and evolved into specializing in foreign language teacher training and bilingual/immersion learning program development. My experiences in Asia, including a pivotal project for the Chaoyang District Education Committee in Beijing and designing a $25M+ Chinese immersion program for the Singapore American School, have shaped my unique approach.
In recent years, I transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding Lean In to Succeed Pty Ltd, where I provide coaching and consulting to an international clientele. I bring a blend of cultural understanding, educational expertise, and proven coaching techniques to help high-achieving teens, parents, and educators thrive.
My goal is to bridge the gap between potential and achievement, fostering strong connections and empowering individuals to create their own success stories.
